4. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Palentir utilizes artificial intelligence technologies and automated systems.
Users acknowledge and agree that:

- AI outputs may be incomplete.
- AI outputs may become outdated.
- AI outputs may contain errors.
- AI outputs should be independently reviewed.
Palentir does not guarantee:

Human review remains the responsibility of the client.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Palentir does not guarantee:
- Revenue increases
- Cost reductions
- Productivity improvements
- Business growth
- Lead generation outcomes
- Operational savings
- Forecast accuracy
- Strategic outcomes
- Return on investment
Examples, projections, forecasts, simulations, benchmarks, case studies, and estimates are illustrative only.
Actual results may vary significantly.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for:
- Business decisions
- Operational decisions
- Hiring decisions
- Financial decisions
- Strategic decisions
- Regulatory compliance
- Data validation
- Review of AI outputs
- Review of automation outputs
Palentir shall not be responsible for decisions made by clients based on information provided through our services.
7. Third-Party Technologies
Palentir may utilize third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- NVIDIA technologies
- Anthropic
- Claude
- Google services
- Vercel
- Third-party APIs
- CRM platforms
- Cloud infrastructure providers
Palentir does not control third-party services.
Palentir shall not be liable for:
- Outages
- Service interruptions
- API changes
- Pricing changes
- Feature removals
- Security incidents
- Third-party failures
caused by external providers.
8. Service Availability
Palentir makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
However, services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee:

Clients retain ownership of their own business data.
Palentir receives only the rights necessary to:

- Store data
- Transfer data
- Utilize data
for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide information to Palentir.
10. Confidentiality
Palentir will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect confidential information provided by clients.
Confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed except:
- With client authorization
- To authorized service providers
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect legal rights
No confidentiality obligation applies to information that:
- Is publicly available
- Was independently obtained
- Was lawfully received from a third party
- Must be disclosed under legal obligation
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Palentir retains ownership of its methodologies.
- Palentir retains ownership of proprietary frameworks.
- Palentir retains ownership of software components.
- Palentir retains ownership of internal tools.
- Palentir retains ownership of automation architectures.
Clients retain ownership of their own data and business information.
12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website operations
- Reverse engineer systems
- Introduce malicious software
- Conduct security attacks
- Scrape content without permission
- Misrepresent identity
Palentir reserves the right to restrict access when abuse is suspected.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Palentir shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Reputational damage
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
- Punitive damages
arising from:
- Use of services
- AI outputs
- Forecasts
- Recommendations
- Integrations
- Automation systems
- Business decisions
regardless of the theory of liability.
14. Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palentir's total aggregate liability arising from any claim shall not exceed:
The total amount paid to Palentir by the client during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If no fees have been paid, Palentir's liability shall not exceed $100 CAD.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Palentir from claims arising from:
- Client misuse
- Unauthorized activities
- Regulatory violations
- Client-provided content
- Client business decisions
- Violations of these Terms
16. Technology & Certification Disclaimer
References to AWS, Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, Anthropic, Claude, Google, Vercel, or other technologies are provided solely for informational purposes.
Training, certifications, educational programs, or technology references do not imply:
- Partnership
- Sponsorship
- Endorsement
- Accreditation
- Agency relationship
- Commercial affiliation
unless explicitly stated.
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
17. Modifications
Palentir may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of:

without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
